If something has gone wrong — with a booking, an order, a refund, your data or the way you were treated — and our support team has not resolved it, you can write to our grievance officer. This is required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Your name and the mobile number on your account
- Your order or booking reference, if you have one
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
- Any photos or screenshots that help
What happens next
- 1We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and give you a reference number.
- 2We investigate and keep you updated.
- 3We aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it, and tell you the outcome and the reasons.
